In the Hispanic culture, we are to never miss a baptism, birthday, baby shower, or wedding shower/wedding. You must show up! Otherwise, you'll never hear the end of it. I like to live by this expectation. We are far too consumed with what is on the digital screen rather than the physicality of having each other present and the happenings of everyday life. Life is far too short to miss out on, therefore I push myself to capture the most genuine reactions and moments. Many believe that photoshoots need a purpose, but the purpose is LIFE. If we aren't capturing our life through at least a photograph, how do we expect those memories to live on? I am open to any and every idea you may have for me, I just want to take your picture!
